Job Summary And Qualifications
The Group Director executes strategic and operational goals for the Telehealth Service Line across the National, American, or Atlantic Group. This role is one of three that will collaborate with Telehealth Services leadership and team to build and maintain relationships with division and group leadership. The Group Director will help streamline and standardize processes to adopt telehealth capabilities, ensure the consistent use of resources, and align programs to Group level priorities and growth strategies. This position will help facilitate collaboration across divisions, build strong alliances with key stakeholders, and help scale telehealth programs and technology. The Group Director will also be critical in helping increase the speed of adoption of new innovations such as virtual nursing or the expansion of Telehealth Intelligent Routing.
Job Duties included but not limited to:
- Uphold a deep understanding of Telehealth programs, operations, and strategy, including service line processes and telehealth technologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness and operational needs of existing telehealth programs and provides feedback to the corporate telehealth team, service line leadership and division leadership Increase standardization and drive best practices in divisions in perspective group
- Provide detailed and timely updates and outcomes to telehealth, division and group leadership Socialize and guides a new intake process to align program development and outreach with telehealth, division and group strategies
- Provide support for contract compliance and vendor management
- Partner with PPR on HCA Healthcare’s Outreach strategy
- Develop and implement strategies to elevate telehealth awareness and understanding for adoption and engagement
- Ensures business continuity across divisions and groups
Key Competencies:

- Be proactive in prioritizing the needs of each division and the management of resources
- Extract key data insights and provide updates to telehealth, division and group leadership
- Exhibit outstanding executive presence, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organization, time-management, and interpersonal collaboration skills
- Must demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required
- Maters degree preferred
- Anticipated travel 50%
- 7+ year of experience at HCA Healthcare or hospital operations relevant work experience
- Hospital operations preferred
