As our GPL team moves forward with our Payments transformation, we are seeking a strong leader to join our sales organization to lead a team supporting the Commercial Real Estate portfolio. This leader will report to the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) for Global Payments & Liquidity.
In This Role, You Will
- Manage and develop a Treasury Management Consulting team of individual contributors and managers in Commercial Real Estate
- Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Lead the Treasury Management Consulting team by making strategic decisions to meet higher-risk deliverables
- Interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk within scope of responsibility in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners, and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
- Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership, as well as interact directly with external customers in the Treasury Management Consulting functional area
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in Treasury Management Consulting
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Provide a structured and clear vision, leadership, and direction to the team to meet financial goals
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience

- Must have extensive payments experience and demonstrate a clear understanding of the industry trends, competitive landscape and needs of the customers.
- Must consistently identify, measure, and control risk so that it remains within the Company’s risk appetite.
- Proactive and transparent approach to regulatory engagements and interactions.
- Ability to attract strong talent and develop and retain a high performing team.
- Demonstrated knowledge of working capital management solutions, capital markets and the extension of credit.
- Proven leader of people who can build a high performing sales organization; providing skill and career development and coaching to direct reports.
- Proven experience managing and governing risk.
- Ability to operate in a highly matrixed and global environment with multiple and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and can build productive relationships across many stakeholders.
- Results oriented: executes through critical thinking, data analysis and innovation techniques.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$173,300.00 – $359,900.00
