What You Will Do

  • Set up monthly final Income Statement for the factory unit

  • Secure that accounting and reporting rules are being maintained in accordance with local statutory and Essity Central instructions and guidelines

  • Continuously analyses deviations of financial result against LY, Budget and Targets

  • Support to drive and follow up actions to improve financial results

  • Facilitates the decision-making process of the team by providing sound financial and business insight. You will be sparring partner for Factory Management Team regarding all financial issues

  • Responsible for driving forecast and budget process working closely with the factory management team

  • Prepares regular updates to the Product Supply Management team on the progress of the plant

  • Collaborate with other financial functions in the company

  • Serve as a role model for Safety Consultant within the Manufacturing controlling network

  • Who You Are

  • A Master’s degree preferably in Economics or Business.

  • Minimum of 3 years of controlling experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment, or significant experience within a paper industry production site

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of SAP (ERP/BW) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  • Team player with assertiveness, flexibility, and commitment

  • Excellent analytical capabilities and a knack for process improvement

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate dynamic work environments

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on achieving shared goals

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to overcome challenges

    What You Will Do
