Job description:

• Deal Execution: Lead and manage the execution process for a diverse range of deal types, including M&A transactions, IPOs, Private Placements, etc. Ensure the seamless execution of cross-border transactions by coordinating with international teams.
• Origination and Business Development: Develop and strengthen your origination and business development skills. Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to expanding the firm’s client base. Leverage your industry knowledge and network to generate leads and secure mandates.
• Team Management and Training: Take on a leadership role by managing and mentoring junior team members. Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help them develop their skills and contribute effectively to deal execution. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Senior Banker Support: Assist senior team members in various aspects of deal execution, including financial analysis, valuation modeling, and preparation of client presentations. Conduct in-depth research, gather market intelligence, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Overall Development: Contribute to the overall development of the global Investment Banking team. Share best practices, industry insights, and innovative ideas to enhance operational efficiency and improve team performance. Collaborate with colleagues across different offices to drive synergy and knowledge sharing.

Profile:

• Experience: Possess 5-8 years of previous investment banking experience from a boutique or investment bank (or Big 4 M&A team). Demonstrate a strong track record of successfully executing deals across various sectors.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrate the capability to lead a deal team effectively. Showcase your experience in managing deal processes, coordinating team members, and driving successful outcomes.
• Academic Excellence: Possess an outstanding academic track record, showcasing strong analytical and financial skills. Display a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
