The Vice President of Nuclear Projects will have a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of nuclear project development, implementation, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for all nuclear projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of nuclear projects, including site selection, design, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all nuclear projects adhere to regulatory standards and best practices for safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with governmental agencies, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and community stakeholders to promote project success and address concerns.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of nuclear projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including engineers, project managers, regulatory specialists, and environmental experts.
• Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and innovation in nuclear project methodologies, technologies, and processes to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, or Ph.D.) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in nuclear energy projects, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of nuclear project design, development, construction, and operations.
