Vice President of Brand Marketing Strategy

About The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, action-oriented Vice President of Brand Marketing Strategy. This role is responsible for operationalizing our brand marketing function across a growing portfolio of brands and franchise systems. You’ll lead a talented team of brand marketers and drive clarity, consistency, and performance across how we engage with our franchisees and implement brand strategies that deliver results.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand marketing, operations, and enablement. You’ll shape how our brand marketing team functions internally and externally, establish processes that scale, and drive alignment and accountability across the organization.

What You’ll Own

  • Operationalize the brand marketing function by implementing standardized ways of working, including campaign and reporting cadences, budget planning, franchisee engagement protocols, and how the brand marketing function engages with franchisees day-to-day
  • Lead and evolve a team of brand marketers, ensuring each team member is positioned for performance, impact, and professional growth
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO, acting as an extension of their leadership in day-to-day brand marketing operations, insight gathering, and franchisee communication
  • Define and implement frameworks to drive franchisee adoption and performance across each brand, in close collaboration with digital marketing, creative, enablement, and operations teams.
  • Own the creation of brand performance standards and benchmarks that can be consistently applied across the organization
  • Act as the central point of connection across brands—breaking down silos, surfacing insights, and driving consistency across the brand portfolio
  • Support and influence brand growth strategies by understanding each brand’s unique drivers and aligning marketing efforts to maximize impact

  • Increased franchisee adoption of marketing initiatives and improved franchisee sentiment toward brand support
  • Clear, consistent operating rhythms across all brand marketing functions
  • Measurable performance benchmarks and marketing ROI tracking in place and improving across all brands
  • Well-coordinated execution between brand, digital, creative, and franchisee enablement teams
  • A high-functioning brand marketing team, upskilled and operating with confidence and clarity

Who You Are

  • A brand operator and strategist with 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or go-to-market leadership roles.
  • Bachelors in marketing or a related field required
  • Proven experience working in or alongside franchise systems, multi-brand platforms, or shared service environments.
  • Data-driven and process-minded, with a natural inclination to bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to chaos.
  • A people leader who builds trust quickly, motivates others, and holds high standards for execution and accountability.
  • Equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Strong collaborator who can partner across departments and influence without ego.
  • Bonus: experience in home services or franchise industries.
