About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Clinical Operations Management to spearhead the strategic development and growth of its healthcare offerings. You will play a pivotal role in managing both clinical and non-clinical teams to drive operational excellence and elevate member experience to new heights.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations and streamlining workflows
• Implementing quality assurance frameworks and fostering continuous improvement
• Managing financial resources and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Developing strategic plans and executing initiatives for growth

The ideal candidate will possess a Minimum of 2 years of management consulting experience, preferably from a top-tier firm, alongside at least 7 years in operational leadership within healthcare or high-growth environments. A successful track record in scaling healthcare operations and creating quality programs will be essential. A detail-oriented, collaborative leader with a strong execution focus and a commitment to patient-centered care is a must.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills are key, along with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is highly desirable, as is experience in early-stage or high-growth companies.
