Vice President, Office of the CEO
The Vice President, Office of the CEO, is a critical strategic partner and advisor who supports the Chief of Staff and CEO in driving enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring the effective execution of the company’s strategic vision and the effectiveness of the CEO Office. This role operates at the intersection of leadership, communication, and operations, ensuring alignment across the executive team. The ideal candidate is comfortable flexing between the most strategic and the most tactical tasks— rolling up their sleeves and operating across all levels to drive outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities are dynamic and will vary based on the candidate and the business needs at the time.
Key Activities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and executive leadership to develop and track progress against company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Lead special projects, cross-functional programs, and high-priority initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and briefing documents for the Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure proactive financial and non-financial performance management.
Operations & Governance
- In collaboration with the Chief of Staff, drive execution of company operating cadence, including executive committee meetings, quarterly business reviews, board meetings; and support leadership offsites and annual planning cycles
- Support Chief of Staff to ensure CEO’s time and focus are aligned with the organization’s most critical priorities.
- Oversee agendas, follow-ups, and outcomes for CEO-led initiatives.
- Support Chief of Staff to oversee Office of the CEO operations, including effective planning of key trips, meetings, and calendars.
Executive Alignment & Communication
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and Chief of Staff and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and alignment.
- Work with key stakeholders to evolve and execute clear and concise messaging to communicate the CEO’s vision, priorities, and updates across the organization and external audiences.
Professional Experience & Education
- 15+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or executive-level roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Strong preference for someone with top-tier strategic consulting experience, at a principal / associate partner level.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
- Experience in hospitality preferred.
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to synthesize complex issues and make sound decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of producing high-impact executive content.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Proven ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information with professionalism.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Miami Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1441 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1007, Miami, Florida.
