What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and deploy AI-powered operational frameworks that optimize efficiency while preserving our exceptional educational outcomes at scale.
  • Develop AI-driven analytics systems that deliver actionable strategic insights to the founder, identifying growth opportunities and preemptively addressing potential challenges.
  • Lead complex cross-functional operational initiatives ensuring seamless integration of AI solutions across all business units.
  • Personally implement technical AI solutions—connecting systems, executing API calls, and automating complex operational processes.
  • Establish AI-enabled quality control mechanisms to ensure consistent delivery of our academic model across expanding locations.

Vice President Operations Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and scale AI-powered operational frameworks that enable consistent delivery of 2 Hour Learning’s revolutionary academic model across multiple locations while providing data-driven strategic insights that drive executive decision-making.

Basic Requirements

  • 10+ years of operational leadership experience scaling multi-location businesses (education, high-end retail, hospitality, or healthcare sectors).
  • Prior experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with AI tools; candidates must pass a rigorous assessment involving business process automation using AI.
  • Proven experience transforming operational processes into AI-driven systems with technical implementation expertise (coding, API integrations, automation).
  • Established track record managing large-scale, cross-functional operational portfolios and driving strategic transformation with measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, translating complex operational data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Based in the United States with willingness to travel 30% of time to campus locations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
