VP Of Sales (RCM Exp. Req.) DescriptionOur client in the healthcare RCM industry is looking for a VP of Sales to add to their team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business deals with hospitals or provider groups related to AI-based RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) technology and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services. This is a remote sales position where you can be based in any of these major markets: Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, California, Oregon, Arizona, New York, or New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be a sales hunter at heart with a proven history in the healthcare industry; independently generating leads, building a pipeline, and closing new business. To be successful, you must thrive in autonomy, develop strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, and excel with consultative sales by resolving customer challenges via sales-based solutions. Sell revenue cycle management & outsourcing services to hospitals or physician groups
Research and identify high-potential sales targets
Conduct discovery calls to uncover client pain points and qualify opportunities
Provide a consultative sales approach and suggest sales solutions tailored to customer needs
Deliver compelling and customized presentations that speak directly to client challenges
Negotiate terms and close multi-year business deals
Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to track pipeline, forecast, and analyze sales strategies
Travel to client sites as needed for demos or relationship-building
Collaborate with Marketing/Customer Success teams, ensuring a smooth customer transition
Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare executives across various decision-making levels
VP Of Sales (RCM Exp. Req.) Qualifications
10+ years of healthcare sales experience is required
3+ years’ experience selling RCM solutions/services to hospitals or physician groups is required
Proven history of independently hunting for sales leads & closing new business is required
Ability to travel 20% within your sales territory (home state & surrounding states) is required
