- Develop, implement, and monitor the comprehensive technology governance framework that aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Ensure that technology investments and initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver value to the organization.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology governance metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance and performance. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that technology governance practices are integrated into business processes.
- Ensures that our vendor partners are delivering their services in line with agreed SLAs.
- Accountable for PMO Mgmt. for all IT projects, Change Management and Service Introduction
- Keeps abreast of emerging trends and technologies
- Leads, motivates and creates a high performing Technology Services team through providing direction, coaching and staff development.
- Education: Bachelors Degree Additional education information (major, etc.): BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business or Technological field preferred.
- 10+ years of solid experience in either software development or Infrastructure. Preferably some experience in both.
- Proven track record of leading large teams
- Demonstrated success in identifying and driving innovative solutions through productive and lasting partnerships with business partners.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business strategy and operations, including Financial Planning, Accounting, HR, Operations, Marketing, Development and Communications.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is listed below.
