Job Summary
As the Director of Government Contracts Compliance, you will lead our efforts in maintaining compliant performance with United States Government (USG) contracts. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop legal strategies and infrastructure for ensuring contract compliance.
Responsibilities You’ll Love
Ensure our contracts with the USG are executed in compliance with regulations, enabling timely awards and flawless execution.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop robust legal opinions and compliance strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for audits and legal matters related to government contracts.
Provide legal support to internal stakeholders and participate in key compliance initiatives and committees.
What You Bring
A law degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
12+ years of experience supporting government contract compliance.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proven leadership abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
