Borealis Hotel Group is opening two new hotels in Q3 of this year – Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport and Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead the commercial department in both hotels.

The Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport is situated in an ideal location, just 5 km from the largest Brussels airport and a 7-minute walk from the train station. The hotel will have 208 rooms and offer breakfast and light meals to guests all day. The modern Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport offers the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of a hotel. The hotel is also located just 5 km from the airport and a 7-minute walk from the train station. It will have 160 apartments and offer breakfast and light meals to guests all day.
As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for producing a commercial plan that supports the positioning of the hotels. You will work closely with the General Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Revenue team to develop strategies and tactics to retain and grow the business. You will also be responsible for ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the marketplace. This is a highly collaborative role, and you will work closely with the senior management team on-property to upskill the team and maximize revenue at every opportunity.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a Sales capacity within the hospitality industry. You should be comfortable discussing business performance and making informed decisions at a senior level. This role would be ideal for an established Sales Manager or a senior Sales Executive looking for the next step in their career.
