YOUR TASKS

• In your position as Head of Business Development (m / f / d) you build up the new area from the start and make a strategic decision
• You generate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• You monitor customer account management and take over the negotiation and creation of contracts with customers
• You convince contact persons at companies of a cooperation
• You have innovative ideas and would like to use them e.g. contribute to our customers in strategy or product development? We give you the necessary space and are looking forward to your suggestions
• You analyze market and competitive trends to develop innovative strategies
• Together with your customer contacts, you identify the requirement profiles of open positions and provide advice
• You create and edit profiles, agree telephone interviews between customers and your colleagues, the IT specialists
• You work closely with our development team to gain an understanding of the industry, customers and developers
• You acquire a tech mindset in order to be able to convey our technical expertise to customers

YOU CAN

• You have more than 3 years of professional experience as (key) account management or business development and see digitization, software tools and programming languages as drivers of innovation of the future
• You enjoy sales and active customer acquisition
• You have a structured procedure and quickly familiarize yourself with different tasks, topics and processes
• You motivate yourself through successes and challenges and bring a pronounced willingness to perform and succeed – you won’t let setbacks in this
• Your communication skills and your open, personable nature make it easy for you to make new contacts
• You appear confidently in price & contract negotiations as well as pitch presentations in front of customers
• You have a pronounced service orientation and team player qualities
• You bring fluent knowledge of German ( mind. C1 ) and very good knowledge of English
