We are looking for a motivated, organized, and talented Marketing Director to join our team, focusing on playing a very “HANDS-ON” role managing marketing, media buys, working with agencies, and optimizing leadgen campaigns. Become part of a team where your power to improve lives is exponential.

Job Purpose:

Responsible to manage and report on a wide range of digital marketing programs and campaigns; leads the digital marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing initiatives in support of the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops and leads the digital marketing strategy; plans tactical campaigns to execute online marketing initiatives; integrates online media, email, social media, company website, and SEO/SEM development.
  • Partners with other members of the organization on marketing strategy in support of objectives.
  • Collaborates with the Sales Team to drive the overall CRM strategy; understands how to integrate the CRM with other parts of the enterprise.
  • Ensures a consistent brand experience across all marketing touchpoints, including but not limited to digital advertising, traditional media, collateral, and digital presence.
  • Assigns and manages projects between internal resources and external vendors depending on project needs and allocated budget.
  • Measures the impact of work by establishing the right KPIs; develops reports and communicates results with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Creates marketing plans for multiple programs including the existing physician (B2B), patient (B2C), and other programs; creates appropriate plans for each.
  • Works closely with the marketing staff to develop strong, on-brand content and messaging for owned channels and paid and earned media.
  • Optimizes channel utilization; tests and refines specified marketing initiatives to compare performance and achieve maximum impact.
  • Collaborates with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of customer acquisition channels through innovations in strategy, targeting, delivery, process, and new capabilities.
  • Maintains a focus on detail while managing marketing campaigns across multiple online channels (both internal and external); audits key steps to ensure flawless execution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Here are our MUST HAVES:

Required Education, Experience, Certifications / Licensure, & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a four-year college or university and five to ten years or more of related experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current expertise with respect to Google and FB/Meta advertising tactics
  • Demonstrated prior experience leading a Marketing Team
  • Knowledgeable in the utilization of all digital marketing channels
  • Experience managing high monthly budget marketing campaigns in a dynamic, changing environment
  • Experience contributing to the planning of an annual marketing budget and related programs
  • Strong people skills; builds internal and external relationships easily
  • Superior attention to detail, with a process-oriented mindset
  • A self-starter, driven to accomplish exceptional results
  • A sense of urgency; motivated to meet self-imposed deadlines
  • Inspiring leader who can motivate, encourage, and support the growth of the team
  • An executive presence, comfortable working with senior leaders

Requirements:

Job Type (FLSA Status):

Pay: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00

Ability to commute/relocate: Occasional travel required/relocation is not necessary for this role.
