JOB DESCRIPTION

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Excellence Director to lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the company’s sales excellence initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing sales team performance by designing and implementing key performance metrics, sales incentives, territory management strategies, and comprehensive training programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sales force is equipped with the skills and tools necessary to drive business growth and achieve commercial objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in sales operations, KPI and metrics setting, incentive scheme design, and performance management.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in developing sales KPIs, metrics, and incentive structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to train and upskill sales teams to drive business success.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with senior leadership.
