Salary Range: $170, 000 – $250, 000 / year DOE

Vice President Of Finance Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the medical device or life sciences industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, business planning, and leadership
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks Online
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and major projects
  • Must be able to work onsite at company headquarters in Fremont, CA

Vice President Of Finance Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the financial strategy, aligning with the company’s long-term goals
  • Lead financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies to support business growth
  • Manage financial operations, including preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and oversee financial legal and regulatory requirements
  • Drive the company s operational efficiencies, leading key projects and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and board members
  • Oversee outsourced functions such as payroll, accounts payable, and other financial operations
