VP Product

As a VP Product, you will orchestrate the growth and success of our innovative online trading products. By ensuring that our products meet customer needs, you will drive growth through effective communication, positioning, and engagement strategies tailored to specific regions. Your ability to understand the entire customer journey, anticipate market trends, and align business objectives with technical capabilities will promote our success. You also have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and can leverage this knowledge to develop strategies that set our products apart from the rest. Your challenges

  • Define a clear vision and strategy for launching and scaling our trading products, leveraging your understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape, as well as the company vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the product features, user interface, and user experience meet the needs and requirements of our target customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the product, providing direction and guidance to our marketing initiatives.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback from various channels, and make data-driven changes to the product, marketing, and overall experience as needed.
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that defines priorities, timelines, and features to be developed by working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy that supports product launch and scaling efforts, using data-driven insights to optimise performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, and the compliance, trading, and marketing teams, to drive product growth and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry, sharing insights and learnings with the broader team, and applying these to growth marketing and product development efforts.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to inform and optimise product strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing and leading cross-functional product squads
