Welcome to the April issue of the Talentis newsletter!
We’ve release some significant enhancements in the last couple of months, and have more rolling out shortly.
In the last month or so, released functionality includes:
Significant under the bonnet enhancements to our data matching and refreshing algorithms.
Our new Person deduplication feature. The tool identifies potential duplicates and then uses a drag and drop interface to allow you to selectively take data from both records before deleting the duplicate. To access this tool, select Actions > Merge Records from any person record.
Improvements to our Client Portal.
New sort orders added to the Campaign Contacts tab.
A host of minor enhancements and bug fixes.
Coming in the next couple of months:
A number of new configuration options in our admin area, to support database configuration of default currencies, exchange rates and fee structures.
Our new assignment management functionality – a new tab to support the tracking of milestones, additional fee data, fee splits and more.
New Automatic ID generation for assignments.
Enhancements to document storage.
Enhancements to GDPR tracking.
Candidate level attributes.
New performance dashboards.
A new “candidate list view” designed to present more information on the screen.
New “client reporting” functionality via a new third party integration.
We’ve also significantly increased the number of (free) training webinars that we host for our clients. We now offer at least one session per month for each time zone (and in many cases, 3 or 4).
