As always – lots of new Talentis functionality to report on, and lots more to preview!
Core to Talentis’ success is its unique search screen. Searching across more than 559M public profiles, our unique augmented keywords allow you to find candidates that even LinkedIn Recruiter will miss. But we’re moving beyond candidate search to candidate engagement. We know that a candidate is more likely to engage if they know you, so we now highlight any team members that a potential candidate has an existing relationship with.
A team member will appear automatically in your search results if you’ve entered them as a team member associated with a candidate, or if they have logged a note against a person – the latter appearing automatically. We’ve also added the most recent contact date and revamped our results layout to provide more information about the industry experience of a candidate.
We’ve also changed how the search screen works. You can now click on a candidate name to view a full Talentis profile – no need to view the source profile on LinkedIn or elsewhere. Once you are in a profile view, you can click forward and backwards to go through the results – and add a candidate to an assignment or a campaign from the Actions menu.
A host of other smaller enhancements have also been delivered – everything from showing off limits status within LinkedIn via the Chrome extension, to redesign of the Campaign records; from new assignment statuses of “Lead” and “Opportunity” through increased range search function.
From search to engagement – part 2. A new “AI Communications Center” using OpenAI (ChatGPT) to write and customize templates to maximise your chance of getting a candidate (or potential client!) to reply… Saving documents from incoming emails… A new data source in your search results…
Resume parsing is not far away, and that will be followed by a new client dashboard. An Integrated help center with on demand “how to” videos… The majority of this should arrive over the course of the next month or so. Simultaneously, our team are working on some fairly major “under the bonnet” changes which will allow us to deliver some very exciting functionality in Q2. Watch this space!
