We are delighted to deliver a bumper update on the Talentis front. Over the last 6 weeks, we’ve made huge progress and have delivered… a lot. Here are some highlights – all of this is available now:
We’ve added a new AI Search button to the assignment screen. This will build a template search screen based on what we know about the client company and derivatives of the assignment job title. All you need to do is tinker with the search template and click “run search” – a highly targeted results list in seconds. Game changer!
This feature is only available when the client company is linked to the “TalentGraph”. This essentially means adding a LinkedIn URL for your client company so that Talentis understands the market you are recruiting in. Speaking of which…
Companies have been in Talentis for months. We’ve made it much easier to access and update them and to link them to the TalentGraph. Check this video to learn how to create a company and add it to the TalentGraph.
GatedTalent is an executive job board. Any candidates who register with GatedTalent now have the option to “opt-in” to sharing resumes and contact data with all Talentis users. This provides our clients with access to executives who are actively looking for new roles – currently, the resume pool (which is global in nature) is growing by around 2,000 per month. To use this feature, simply search in the normal way and click on the GatedTalent logo when available as shown below:
Our Word Add-In features an AI option to rewrite candidate bios. This now supports rewriting in virtually any language on the planet (Editors note: It also supports Klingon).
You’ll notice more fields, an improved layout, and the option to click to dial.
Coming soon is the delivery of a major architectural change to the platform. Without getting too techy, we’ve re-written a huge swathe of our platform to allow us to deliver new features more quickly going forward. This has been a major project and the switch to the new platform is likely to take several hours during when the platform will not be available. This will be done over a weekend and we’ll provide prior notice.
