As always, we’ve released a host of enhancements. Many are under the bonnet, but highlights include:
If you have linked Talentis to your Microsoft 365 account, you can now arrange meetings and send invitations to candidates and clients without leaving Talentis. Meetings are created in your own Microsoft 365 calendar, so invitations arrive from you just like any other meeting request – and any changes you make in your calendar sync back to Talentis.
That means no more switching between systems or copying contact details across – you can go from reviewing a candidate or client record to sending an invitation in a few clicks.
IMPORTANT: Before being able to enable this for the first user in your business, the Talentis app needs some permissions in your Microsoft 365 organization. If you are a Talentis user with Global Administrator rights, you can add these permissions when you link your accounts. Otherwise, please contact our support team (support@ikirupeople.com) to find out how a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator can add these permissions for you.
To get started, just link your Talentis account to your Microsoft 365 account (one-off): click the “Manage Account” icon in the bottom left-hand corner of Talentis and connect your Microsoft 365 account (Google Workspace is coming soon).
Our new “Group” logic allows you to combine to logic elements into a single argument. So, for example, “Find me anyone with an email” and “Find me anyone contacted since this year” could find someone who has been emailed two years ago – but has another form of note this year, and so meets the request. Using our new “Group” logic, would only return people with an email sent this year. In the coming days, note type will also be customisable.
Milestones are now customizable and searchable. Use these to track the key stages on a search.
Support for Google Workspace is being added and whilst we’ve started with meetings & calendars, enhancements for email are coming very soon…
Also coming this month…. Our biggest change to search since launch. True, agentic, natural language search. Simply share a job spec with Talentis – or type a few sentences – and, under the bonnet, our AI agents will go and search the web for potential candidates – live – and will even provide a summary as to why each returned candidate is a good fit for the role.
