Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a culture of testing and experimentation to drive innovation in member acquisition and retention strategies
  • Establish a robust marketing data and reporting infrastructure to facilitate data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Develop and implement a member marketing roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and objectives
  • Optimize member acquisition funnel across various channels with full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance
  • Supervise end-to-end campaign development, including creative strategy, copywriting, and asset production
  • Collaborate effectively with Product and Growth teams to ensure brand coherence and seamless member experience
  • Manage integration of member marketing partners, including agencies, freelancers, consultants, and vendors

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant functional experience
  • Proven track record of surpassing user acquisition and retention targets
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment and adeptness in navigating change
  • Strong quantitative understanding of consumer marketing and proficiency in data-driven campaign optimization
  • Ability to lead as a player-coach and collaborate efficiently across functions
  • Action-oriented mindset with a commitment to the company’s mission
  • Proficiency in implementing new marketing tools and platforms

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

  • Background in a B2B2C business model
  • Experience in digital healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with Medicare landscape and payer economics

Additional Job Details

  • Full-time, exempt position
  • Remote-based role with occasional travel (quarterly or less)
  • Base salary range of $135K-$190K, commensurate with experience
  • Additional perks include equity, health benefits, and flexible remote work arrangements
