Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated procurement professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise costs and supplier relationships.
  • Drive innovation in procurement processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our global operations. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvements

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management (at least 7 years)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • A strategic mindset to develop and execute procurement strategies. Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English and German
  • A global perspective and the ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent experience in procurement, supply chain, or business management.
